What is eSampada?

Housing and Urban Affairs Minister Hardeep Singh introduced e-Sampada on Christmas 2020. It is a new online and mobile app that offers a single platform for all services related to the allocation of government residential accommodations, business spaces, and holiday home bookings in 28 locations. This online service enables users to submit documents, present for virtual hearings, and file complaints with all Indian residents.

E-Sampada is a site for central government personnel created by the housing ministry that can be viewed at https://esampada.mohua.gov.in/signin.
The E-Sampada website strives for ‘One Nation, One System.

Who is eligible for GPRA?

All Central Government employees and employees working for the Government of the NCT of Delhi who work in offices that have been officially declared eligible for General Pool are eligible for assignment of housing from the General Pool.

Central government employees can use eSampada to register for low-cost accommodation at their employment through the General Pool Residential Accommodation (GPRA) program. The Directorate of Estates supervises the allocation of Residential Government Residential Accommodation through its Automated Allotment System. Previously, these allotments were conducted through the e awas Delhi website.

How to Register for the GPRA Using e-Sampada?

The way to apply for general pool residential accommodation is online. We can follow the step-by-step procedure below in order to apply for government accommodation-.

Go to the e-sampada website and select Government Residential Accommodation.

Submit the login ID request that you received from e-sampada. After registering, log in with your cell phone number or email address.

Once logged in, complete the DE-II form and follow the instructions.

Fill out both the application and DE-II forms. The form will subsequently be confirmed electronically via e-sampada by the administration of the relevant offices.

Once accepted, it will be included on the next month's waiting list for eligible types of housing.

After you have been allotted lodging, allotment letters will be sent to everyone who applied online, and the individual must submit his or her acceptance online within 8 days by filling out the acceptance form available on e-sampada.

  1. Upload scanned copies of the required documents, such as a letter from your employer stating your eligibility for quarters and a medical certificate.
