A. To encourage more people to use public transportation, Namma Metro provides fare concessions to both students and senior citizens. To take advantage of these perks, commuters must have proper identity documents, such as student IDs or proof of age. These concessions aim to reduce the financial strain on students and seniors, making their daily travel more affordable. Prioritize the comfort of other passengers by offering seats to the elderly, pregnant women, and people with impairments. By following these principles, you help to make the Metro experience safer and more enjoyable for everyone.
