To facilitate online payment, one has to register on the Kerala Water Authority e-Payment Service website using the ‘Consumer ID’ and ‘Consumer Number’ given on the water bill. The water bill payments can be made through credit/debit cards or existing bank accounts, as the service has been integrated with Billdesk.com. An additional charge of Rs.10/- per transaction will be levied for net banking or 2% of the transaction value for Credit Cards.

1. Kerala water bill for Domestic:

  • Up to 5,000 litres: Minimum charge of Rs 20 + Rs 4 per every 1,000 litres

  • Above 5,000 litres: Charges increase progressively based on consumption.

2. Kerala water bill for Non-Domestic:

  • Up to 15,000 litres: Minimum charge of Rs 150 + Rs 15 per every 1,000 litres

  • Above 50,000 litres: Rs 1,100 + Rs 40 per every 1,000 litres exceeding 50,000 litres

3. Kerala water bill for Industrial:

  • Fixed charge: Rs 150

  • Consumption charge: Rs 40 per every 1,000 litres

  • Minimum charge: Rs 250 (fixed charge + minimum consumption charge)

How to pay Kerala water bill online?

1. KWA Website:

  • Visit the Kerala Water Authority website [KWA consumer corner ON Government of Kerala kwa.kerala.gov.in].

  • Look for the "Online Payment" section.

  • You might need to register for an account if you haven't already.

  • Once logged in, you'll be able to access your bill details and initiate payment using options like debit card, credit card, or net banking.

2. KWA Quick Pay:
