Thus the next circle becomes areas surrounding the inner circle, where the locations are bifurcated in terms of connectivity, industrial areas, pure residential areas, and so on. The traffic too becomes bearable and is seen as an adequate sacrifice for the closeness to their workspaces.

These regions, in turn, are pocket friendly but can only offer certain public amenities to the lot and not all.

And the final circle that surrounds this section, in turn, is the periphery, often marked with industrial regions, highways, bordering with rural regions, and more prone to lesser public amenities. The residences are far from the workplaces, and traffic is definitely a bother for the homeowners of these regions.

Now the builders and developers of any city first identify the central and the secondary regions and build their grand and iconic projects, which become the darlings of home buyers and home hunters.

Needs of the Homebuyers

Now more than workspaces alone, most of us value public amenities, especially in Indian metro cities. Not just the run-of-the-mill standards, like healthcare or educational institutions for our family, but also the extended inevitables like the gas providers, mechanic and repair shops, kiranas, vegetable shops, pharmacies, restaurants, car washes, cineplexes, and the list goes on and on.

Then comes the type of accommodation, or more in lieu of desire and dream, the types of home. The builders and developers offer a multitude of choices from Apartments, Villas, or plots to choose from.

And enter residential townships, which become integrated living units that not just house a bunch of cloistered apartments and villas or plots alone. These townships provide well-paved roads, retail centers, green stretches, street lights, 24/7 water, and many more.

Moreover, with a large land parcel, the open spaces and green stretches, give the children a lot of areas to play around.

These townships provide atleast 90 percent of the amenities that a common family desires while living in a city. And that's how they are now coming to be known as minicities.

Security & Safety

Perhaps the best selling point of Townships is the safety factor. These townships are gated communities where there is no dearth of security detail. Townships also include security crews and CCTVs as well. With well lit street lamps, too, the integrated residential townships become safe for late-night walks as well.

An important detail to remember is that, though an integrated residential township has many features as in common with group housing, both are different. Townships are far more advanced with the amenities they provide.

One of the major elements that make Townships stand apart from the rest is the amount of planning and detailing that goes into the construction of the same. Residential Townships are crafted keeping in mind a futuristic living. These will further add value to these projects and help them appraise the rates.
