YEIDA or Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority is the regulatory body that developed the Roadway, and the contract was offered to Jaypee Infratech Limited. It was assigned the task of planning, designing, and constructing this significant infrastructure project that connects Greater Noida to Agra, spanning various regions of Uttar Pradesh.

It is also the sole authority that oversees the infrastructural, industrial, residential, commercial endeavours that are based along the roadway. It formulates guidelines, norms, and regulations to ensure planned and sustainable growth in these areas.

Residential Development & Beginning of YEIDA City
