RWAs of Noida wants Freehold Status for Property without Additional Fee.

Noida: The Residential Welfare Associations have demanded that they require freehold statuses for their properties as opposed to the leasehold status, which gives the allottee and ownership for 90 years. But the bodies have unanimously stated that they want the same sans any extra fee, and the CONRWA and NOIDA Citizens Forum has already written to the UP Principal Secretary of Housing and Urban Development.
