TNSCB residents appeal to waive off maintenance fee

Chennai: The residents of TNSCB or Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board has appealed to waive off the monthly maintenance bill as most of the tenements are hardly hit due to the COVID pandemic. The pandemic has taken away the work from the daily wage earners, and spending over Rs 750 for a monthly bill becomes the next to impossible task for the residents.

Builders on a high to construct the Tallest building in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: The developer groups in the IT Corridor of Hyderabad to see 40+ floored High-Rise buildings within the next 3 years. Though the inner city only gives permissions for Hi-Rises, which are only 30-32 floors, the peripheral areas are out of the bounds for the developers to build 40+ floored mega structures.

Noida & Greater Noida Authorities could not get Buyers for Flats.

Noida: The Noida and Greater Noida development authorities could not sell off their flats which was floated during the fiscal deficit. Out of the total 1835 floated flats, which were all ready to move in, only 45 odd ones were sold.
