Plot scheme for EWS Launched by GNIDA

Noida: The Greater Noida Development Authority launches an all-new Plot scheme for the EWS or the Economically weaker section of the society. The plots that are almost 1.21 lakh sqm in total size will be allotted to the builders for constructing reserved flats for LIG( Low Income Groups) and EWS. There will be a total of 4 land parcels that range from 23,500 sqm to 39,321 sqm, which will earn the GNIDA around Rs 400 crores.
