In 1 acre it is well planned apartment and the price varies according to sq. ft. the price starting from 24.95 L to 48.95 L.

It's a wonderful place. Banks, hospitals, and retail centers are all close by. There is a metro station nearby. There are nearby local markets. Additionally, roads are well-lit and maintained.

Pashan is a nice neighborhood where you would want to dwell. DP Road is 200 meters from the Pune-Bangalore highway and connects to it in 1 mile. There are more facilities close by.

The roads are good, but the traffic system here is very poor. Many collisions occur during peak times.
