Beautiful property. Also wonderful floor plans. Beautiful garden. The approach road has some minor damage, but they claim it is their fault and the builder must fix it before handover.

The building is in a prime area. I reserved gorgeous 2 bhk villas since the sales team was clear in describing and finding the perfect flat in accordance with our requirements, and it was stunning. This project is receiving a lot of positive feedback, which is really nice.

Excellent apartment for investment in the Perungudi area. Additionally, the nearby streets are very clean and safe, and it is more convenient.
