I suggest you to visit the site once you will definitely get the clarity, I was not ok with the price, once I visit the site I get to know why they are charging bit high, Because what they are used materials it’s really high quality.

Although I compared prices in many locations, I don't believe this is an excessively high price, other developers are charging for 2bhk 34.2 L, you can do self research.
