Nicer and more economical place to live. felt the price was reasonable. I believe all of the flats have already been sold due to the high demand, but please make contact with the sales team they will give you clarity. For 3bhk 71.93 Lakhs is the starting price and in Bangalore it is more reasonable, and the amenities are also worth it.
