This neighbourhood is more clean and safe thanks to the GHMC's efforts to keep it so clean. The design of the villas is nice enough; it looks so elegant both inside and out.

Although the price seems a little excessive in comparison to other neighbourhoods, this one is rapidly growing and is located close to the majority of Hyderabad's best neighbourhoods.
