Good roads have been built to facilitate public transportation. Schools, hospitals, police stations, and a market area are all nearby.

It's great that the area is improving and that all kinds of amenities are available. The area is well-kept, and cabs and autos can be arranged when required.

This property's construction is poor, as it does not adhere to the master plan and does not adhere to vastu principles. and no proper ventilation in the building

There is no issue with localities because police patrol the entire area. There are no concerns about investing in this area because it is 100% good and safe.
