The place is decent and quiet most of the time, but traffic gets a bit hectic during office hours. Balcony is nice for evening chai, though I wish the kids’ play area was a bit bigger for my little one. Overall, good enough for daily living.

The security staff here are quite helpful and always polite, which makes me feel safe. Sometimes water pressure is a bit low in the evenings, but overall it’s comfortable to stay. The community events are nice for meeting neighbors too.

Nice place overall, but sometimes it feels a bit crowded in the evenings. The neighbours are mostly friendly, though a few can be noisy late at night. Shops and market are not too far, which is convenient for quick needs. I felt okay coming back late, but street lighting could be better in some areas. Still, it’s comfortable enough for daily living.

The corridors here are pretty clean, which I liked a lot. The flat feels solid and well finished, no complaints on that side. Sometimes the kids playing outside get a bit noisy, but it’s nice to see them happy. Overall, felt comfortable staying here for a few weeks. Would be better if they had more covered parking though.
