The builder is making new phases apartments and you can book flats in advance. Sites are still in construction but will soon be ready.

Nanasaheb Bhintade Spacess is the best real estate project in Ambegaon Pune. The project is developed one of the well known real estate developers in Pune. As per my knowledge this project offers only 2 BHK apartments. which are equipped with all necessary amenities including club house, indoor games, kids playing area, and provide good nearby connectivity.

Excellent construction quality. Builder of the scheme is very polite and humble . The staff at the site office is extremely helpful.
