The finishing touches are outstanding, and the construction quality is excellent. K R Puram is in a prime position with quick access to all the amenities. I admire the care with which Lalithya Constructions created a comfortable and modern living environment for its residents.

Lalithya Mansion is a wonderfully opulent place to live. The apartments are spacious, well-designed, and have lots of ventilation and natural light. The management team and staff are always on available and prepared to help with any requirements or issues.

The apartments were constructed poorly, and since moving in, I have experienced numerous plumbing and electrical problems. When customers complain, the maintenance team responds slowly and the problems are never properly resolved. I would not recommend this apartment.
