Bavdhan is well connected to Pune and offers beautiful scenery. It provides easy access to good recreational activities and is not too far from Kothrud and Hinjewadi.

Initially, this is a hotspot that is almost safe to visit day or night. This place is cleaner than others since corporation workers clean the marketplaces and streets on a regular basis, promoting a more hygienic way of life.

There are banks, hospitals, and a mall all within two kilometers. Grocery stores are accessible even in the building's immediate vicinity. The roadways are well lit at night since people and vehicles are still on the way even in late nights.
