This is the place to be if you want to hear everything your neighbours say and do. Living at JLPL FV is intolerable due to the lack of acoustic proofing. 7 days a week with nonstop building noise and serious plumbing problems. The gym is the one ok aspect of this location that is decent. My recommendation is to avoid this location.
