Quiet and peaceful place to stay, with mostly good water supply and power backup. The security guards are polite and do their job well, which makes me feel safe here. Sometimes the staff can be a bit slow in responding, but overall it’s a comfortable experience. I think this place has good potential if you want to rent it out later. Would suggest a little more attention to maintenance in common areas though.

Nice open spaces for kids to run around, and the balconies get good sunlight in the morning. Lift can be a bit slow during peak hours though. Good place overall.

Balconies here are nice for evening tea and some fresh air. Sometimes the elevator takes a bit long, but overall it’s a comfortable place to stay.

Common areas and corridors are mostly clean, which is good to see. Parking can be a bit tricky during evenings, so I usually park a little farther. The clubhouse is okay but not very lively; maybe they need better community events to bring people together. Overall, feels decent for everyday living but could improve on a few small things.
