The surrounding vegetation is excellent. Buses run frequently between Swargate and Dhayari. The city is located near the Pune-Bangalore highway. A few theaters are also near the site.

Very convenient location on Main Road, close to Nice Road. There is a school and a store near the site with easy transport facilities. Overall very nice society with a good mix of peaceful outer Pune surroundings.

The shopping mall and a gas station are both within 2-3 kilometers. The bus stop is few kilometers away from the apartment. A grocery store is relatively close by. It is very safe to walk at night in my neighborhood. There is no traffic congestion mostly.
