It was undoubtedly one of my better choices, I can say that with certainty. Beautifully constructed and furnished with all the latest conveniences, the spacious 3 BHK flats are very large.

With easy access to shopping malls and public transportation, the location is also highly convenient. The staff is helpful and pleasant at all times. Anybody looking a comfortable and opulent living environment should definitely consider MVB Rachana.

I just moved into MVB Rachana, and I'm impressed by how professionally the apartments were built and designed. The 2 BHK apartments have enough of natural light and are comfortable but spacious.

I was disappointed with the overall maintenance of the building. The common areas are not well-kept, and the elevators frequently break down. The noise levels from neighboring apartments can also be quite high, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

MVB Rachana is a beautiful jewel in Bangalore's city centre. The amenities are excellent, including the gym, indoor games area, and swimming pool. The area has a very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, and the staff is very polite and friendly.
