I have been in this project for the past nine years, and it is truly amazing. All of the flats are significantly larger than the average, and we are comfortably living eight people in a three-bedroom home and they have provided high class amenities along with best maintenance.

When we first moved into the project, it was still under construction, but the developer promised us that everything would be finished within three months. As he had promised, everything was finished on time, and a lovely garden had been established inside the development. He was a really amazing and kind man.

The buildings are modern and visually appealing classy both interior and exterior. The local people are so amazing, and more clean and secured near the streets.

The Renaissance Exotica is just excellent, providing the best amenities at a reasonable cost compared to other projects at this locality. The project's roadways have the best quality.

It is located on the outskirts of Bangalore, so there are some transportation issues caused by the traffic. Additionally, this is a somewhat crowd area, so if you want to live get away from the traffic, this is not the place for you.

This project excellent value for money, with spacious and well-designed flats at a very reasonable price. They are providing high class amenities along with grate maintenance. Locality is the prime advantage.

The neighborhood is surrounded by greenery, with several parks and lakes. The area is also known for its excellent environment. Manayata tech park and other prime localities very close this area.
