The security guards here are quite helpful and polite, which made me feel safe during my stay. Parking was mostly okay, though sometimes a bit crowded in the evenings. Overall, the common areas were clean and wellmaintained.

The common areas are mostly clean, but sometimes the water supply gets a bit irregular, which can be annoying. Balcony space is nice for some fresh air though, so overall it’s decent to live here.
