Extra for East facing and also added Extra for Park facing plots ...around 200 150 i think per sqft. And if one opts for corner site its an additional amount/sqft along with above. There are other charges like maintanence etc which will add up and make it look like a huge money to invest here.

I also had a visit to this plots and was very much impressed with the amenities and etc. Very good premium plots.

The community is very nice with many malls, schools and colleges and hospitals in close vicinity. You need not travel far away to buy small small things.Eveb though price wise it is a huge investment for plots you will get good returns
