Nice and quiet place to come back to after a long day. The corridors and lobby are kept clean, which gives a good feeling overall. Sometimes the kids playing in the evening make it lively, but it’s never too noisy. Would be great if there were a few more benches around for people to sit outside. Overall, I felt pretty safe walking back late at night here.

Nice peaceful area with good greenery around. Security guards are helpful and polite, which makes me feel safe. Would be better if water supply was more consistent though.

Common areas are mostly clean, but sometimes the lifts take a bit long during peak hours. Parking can get tricky on weekends, so I usually plan accordingly. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay with some small hassles.

The apartment has good open spaces and some nice greenery around, which makes mornings peaceful. Power backup is mostly fine, though there was a short outage once in the evening. I like that the balconies get enough sunlight, so it’s nice to sit there with a cup of tea. Feeling safe coming back late at night, which is important for me. Overall, a comfortable place to live but water pressure could be better sometimes.
