The common areas are pretty clean and wellmaintained, which I liked a lot. It feels peaceful to walk around in the evenings. Maybe they can add a few more benches near the lobby for visitors to sit comfortably.

Parking can get a bit tricky during evenings, but overall the area feels safe enough when coming back late. The kids enjoy playing around nearby, which is a nice bonus for families like ours. Would be better if the parking situation improved though.

Common areas are mostly clean, but sometimes the corridor lighting is a bit dim which feels unsafe at night. Water supply is mostly fine, though there were a couple of days with low pressure. Overall, a decent place to stay if you can manage these small issues.
