Nice open space around, but security guards can be a bit strict without much reason. The kids play area is good, though it could be cleaner sometimes. Overall, comfortable enough for daily living. Pretty okay

The community here is quite friendly, and I often see kids playing happily in the open spaces. It feels nice to have some greenery around, which makes the mornings peaceful. Sometimes the maintenance of common areas can be better, but overall it’s a comfortable place to live. I especially enjoy spending time on the balcony in the evenings.
