Premium apartments from a builder of repute constructed in the middle of nowhere.If you do not own a vehicle and would rely on public transportation (metro/ bus) + Uber/Ola and autos, I would recommend something that’s not too distant from the main road.

Birla Apple Aroma is in an ideal location of JP Nagar 9th Phase, in the years to come you can see the area around develop into a busy hub. Close to Metro commuting want be difficult. The quality of materials used is commendable. Planning is fair enough considering requirement of Vastu.Enough space is left as offset which will not disturb suunlight air even adjoinning site constructions coming up. Services are not only planned well but executed neatly ..Systematically designed Club house, swimming pool and amenities. Aesthetically designed exteriors soft colour combination soothing to the eye. Worth investing in such quality properties. Exterior amenities looks good currently though under construction.

We are very much impressed in roof top amenities.. location is good..we have visited multiple location before finalizing this project but we have decided for Birla Apple Aroma because of brand, amenities, location and quality. looking forward to move in shortly ..

Location is good, metro connectivity in another years time. 2malls are upcoming in 2kms Curlfit gym started in same road, lot of commercial outlets will be started shortly
