Neighbours are mostly friendly and the security guards are helpful whenever I needed assistance. It’s easy to get to nearby shops, though sometimes the parking can get a bit crowded. Overall, a comfortable place to stay.

The security guards are generally helpful but sometimes a bit slow to respond when there's a visitor. Power backup works fine most of the time, though we had a couple of short outages. Overall, it's okay for daily living but could improve on responsiveness.

The place feels quite peaceful and good for families with kids, as there is a nice play area where my little one enjoyed a lot. The lifts are a bit slow sometimes, especially during evenings, but not too much trouble. Commute to office was manageable, though traffic can be a bit heavy at times. Overall, it’s comfortable enough for daily living without much hassle.

The place feels quite peaceful most of the time, which I liked since I work from home. The kids play area is small but enough for my little one to enjoy, so that’s a plus. Sometimes water supply is a bit irregular in the evening, but overall it’s manageable. Neighbours are friendly too, making it a comfortable stay. Would be better if power backup was more reliable during outages.
