Nice place to stay with decent open spaces for kids to play. The community feels friendly, and sometimes they organize small events which bring everyone together. Traffic nearby can be a bit busy during peak hours, so plan accordingly. Overall, I found it comfortable and peaceful for daily living. Would be better if they improve the parking space a little.

The flat feels solid and wellbuilt, but I found the corridors a bit dusty sometimes. Overall, it's okay to come back late at night without any worries, which is a relief in the city.

Common areas are mostly clean and wellmaintained, which I liked. Security guards are polite and quick to respond if you need help. Would be better if the lift timings were a bit faster during peak hours.

Lift is usually quick, so no long waits even during rush hours. Parking can get a bit tight sometimes, but overall it’s fine for daily use. Water supply has been steady in my experience. Pretty good place.

Really felt safe coming back late from office, which is a big relief. The traffic is manageable most days, and there are enough shops nearby for daily needs. Sometimes the roads get a bit crowded during peak hours, but overall it’s quite convenient to live here. Would have loved a little more green space around though.
