Parking can be a bit of a headache during evenings, but the security guards are quite helpful and polite. The kids seem to enjoy the small play area, which is nice to see. Overall, it feels like a decent place to stay, though some maintenance could be better managed.

Parking is usually okay here, not too much trouble even in evenings. The power backup works fine, so no big issues with electricity cuts. Overall, a decent place to stay but could improve water supply timing a bit.

Good place to stay if you like some fresh air and open spaces around. The kids enjoyed playing in the small park nearby, which was a relief for us parents. Parking can get a bit tricky during evenings, but otherwise it’s peaceful and nice. I liked sitting on the balcony in the mornings with teait feels calming. Overall, a comfortable spot for family living.

Neighbours are mostly friendly and helpful, makes coming back home late less worrisome. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy in the evening, but overall I felt comfortable staying here. Would be better if they managed the evening noise a little. Safe and sound

Place is decent for daily needs, but sometimes the lift takes too long, which can be frustrating. Shops and markets are nearby, so getting essentials is easy. Overall, a good spot if you don’t mind small wait times here and there.

Nice to have some green space around, makes the evenings peaceful. The flat is decent but I felt the finishing could be better in the kitchen area. Also, sometimes water pressure gets low, which can be a bit annoying. Overall, it's comfortable enough for daily living and not too crowded.
