Place is decent but lifts take a bit long during peak hours, which can get frustrating. Rent here seems a little on the higher side compared to nearby areas. Overall, okay for living if you don’t mind some waiting around.

Community events here are nice and help to meet neighbours easily. Sometimes the lift takes a bit longer, but overall it’s a good place to stay. Would like if maintenance got a little quicker though.

The place feels quite peaceful and the common areas are usually clean, which I liked. It’s easy to find nearby shops for daily needs, though sometimes the traffic can get a bit heavy during peak hours. Overall, a comfortable stay with just minor road congestion.

Parking is mostly okay here, but sometimes it gets a little crowded in the evening. The neighbours are friendly, and there’s a nice calm feeling around which I liked a lot. Inside the flat, the finishing feels solid and well done, nothing cheap. Would be great if they improved the water pressure a bit though. Overall, a comfortable place to live.

Parking can be a bit of a headache during peak hours, but otherwise the place feels quite peaceful. I enjoy spending evenings on the balcony since there is some decent greenery around. Coming back late at night feels safe enough, though sometimes the street lighting could be better. Overall, it’s a comfortable spot but not perfect in every way.
