Location is good. People live in the neighborhood. I could also noticed the public transportation facility. Almost outskirts of the city, which means less traffic problems.

Houses are yet to come up but sure will turn out to be a good community. Layout needs more maintenance.

Kapila Township has a lot of Public amenities like access to schools, bakery, grocery stores nearby. It has a very family-friendly neighborhood.
