Place is quite peaceful in the mornings, which I liked a lot for my tea time on the balcony. Sometimes water supply gets a bit irregular, but overall power backup is good, so no big issues there. Neighborhood feels calm and safe, not too crowded. Would prefer if there were more trees or small gardens around to relax in the evenings.

Place feels quite safe even late at night, which is a big relief. The roads can get a bit crowded during rush hour, but overall commute is manageable. The apartment inside looks wellfinished and comfortable for daily living.
