How to open SBI Bank Account Online in 2024?

While SBI doesn't let you open an account online on their website, you can do it partly on their YONO app. Here's how:

Get the YONO SBI app on your phone.
Open it and go to "Open Savings Account".
Choose "Without Branch Visit" and pick "Insta Plus Savings Account".
Put your Aadhaar card and PAN card details in it.
You'll get a one-time password (OTP) for verification on your Aadhaar-linked phone.
Enter the OTP, then fill in more info and schedule a video call for a KYC check.
If everything checks out, your SBI Insta Plus Savings Account will be ready.

SBI Net Banking: How to Sign Up and Use it
