Paranjape Schemes Construction Limited is originally the brainchild of Mr. Shirkant Paranjape & later joined by his brother Mr. Shashank Paranjape in driving the vision of the organization. It was during 1987 that the industry became a Private Limited. Another milestone was when it became a Public Limited in the year 2005.

Both brothers come from a family of entrepreneurs who shared a vision and walked together to achieve their goals by being defiant, determined & dedicated. It resulted in today’s strong stature of Paranjape Builders. Before choosing the Real Estate sector, Mr. Shrikant Paranjape was into the Chemicals & Adhesive industry. After 3 to 5 years of toiling hard in the field, he was able to carve a niche with three factories and a strong market establishment.

The Journey

The journey began in Pune in the year 1987. And the remarkable landmark project Woodland being the tallest single project sanctioned in Pune during 1996. Mr. Shashank Paranjape started a brand Athashri that solely concentrated on developing senior living homes. The year 2007 is another milestone achieved with the launch of 138-acre BlueRidge Integrated Township. Later years of 2009 & 2012 saw them more township projects at Nashik & Pune. And the company is moving ahead even now.

Paranjape Constructions

The realty & construction activities are mostly concentrated in parts of Maharashtra: Pune, Mumbai, Nashik, Kolhapur, Chiplun, Ratnagiri, Hinjawadi. Also, the company has set its voyage now to Vadodara in Gujarat & Bangalore in Karnataka with Paranjape Windfields & Athashri. Apart from the residential sector, Paranjape’s forayed into Hospitality & SEZ too. A 5-star hotel with exceptional facilities like the most exquisite Restaurants, grand Banquet Halls, Business Centres, Health & Sports Club is all under one roof. The Blue Ridge SEZ that hosts IT/ITES companies are spread across 3.5 million sq ft. Athashri Mission Seniors in California is another milestone under the Paranjape’s banner.

Times Group conferred the Best Realtor Award & Best Township in Pune-2018 for Paranjape Schemes & the Blue Ridge Township respectively. Also, Mid Day Real Estate Icons Awards were presented to Forest Trails (as Iconic Township), Vadodara’s Athashri (as Iconic Homes).
