With a vision to redefine the real estate norms in India, Incor Group came into existence when two childhood friends joined hands together once again. Founded in 2007, the masterminds who had returned from abroad established partnerships with Israeli Companies – Property & Building Corporation (PBC) and Electra Real Estate (ERE). And these organizations together designed & developed the PBEL City projects in both Hyderabad & Chennai. But the partnership did not last long. However, Incor Group continued to march head with nearly 2,500 happy customers in its kitty.

Incor’s Journey

A humble journey that began in 2006 as a token of friendship, later became a giant mark in the Real Estate sector. Despite being steady in the real estate market since 2007, the strong presence in the Health Sector makes their journey more remarkable. The gentle take-off in the health industry with OMNI Hospitals at Kothapet paved the way for the chain of hospitals in Vishakhapatnam, Hyderabad, & Kurnool. In 2012, they built PBEL City, a township in Hyderabad & Chennai. And there is no turning back from then on!
