The building is of excellent quality. The builder's side has some disadvantages, including project delays. Other than that, the amenities offered are excellent and enjoyable. People are very valuable to society.

I cant even call this builder a human. He delayed the project by 4 years and forcefully taken illegal interest with threats and on registration day inbetween registration process he called to his office to discuss and threatened if we will not go he will not complete the registration. After reaching his office he has taken my family into hostage and forced to pay another hefty amount. This was done after our photo and finger print submission in registar ofc and then forcefully taken signature on two MoU to release my family. Here his greed doesnt stopped and after registration again demanding 3.5 lacs else will not give possession. The builder is a big cheater and all this in black without any receipt. Beware of this kind of fraud who are into real estate to loot the hard earned money of the people. After all humiliation, harassments and threatenings I decided to withdraw from the project and now move it legally in appropriate forum.

Doesn't even deserve a single star rating..if wants to know randomly check with residents about the harrasment they are going through after investing in this project and do not get trapped by the sales team.
