Recently noticed how well maintained the corridors and common areas are in our building, which makes a big difference to daily life. The attention to cleanliness really gives a sense of pride about living here. One small issue might be the occasional noise from nearby construction, but it's not too disruptive overall. The locality is quite lively with shops and restaurants close by, which adds convenience without being overwhelmingly noisy. Finding an auto or cab is pretty straightforward here, so getting around Erode feels hassle free most of the time.

Power backup is reliable, so we don't have to worry during those unexpected outages. My only concern would be the occasional delay in elevator maintenance, but it's really a minor issue compared to all the positives here.

Water supply has been reliable here, which is a huge relief in the summer months. There's also a nice gym and pool area that keeps my family active and engaged, although I do wish the pool hours were a little longer for evening swims. Living in Sakthi Nagar has its perks, too, property values seem to be steadily rising and the roads are well maintained, making commutes easier.

Living in Sakthi Nagar, Erode has its pros and cons. The location is decent, but the value for money here isn't that great compared to other options nearby. Maintenance staff tend to take their time addressing issues, I've had a leaky faucet that took weeks to get sorted out. While the community is nice enough, feeling stuck waiting on repairs makes it frustrating at times.
