Corridors and common areas often feel neglected, which is disappointing given the premium we pay here. With so many other options in the area that maintain better upkeep, it leaves much to be desired.

Walking through the common areas, it's clear that there's a consistent effort to keep everything clean and well maintained. The flat enjoys good air circulation which adds to the overall comfort of our home. One small complaint would be that sometimes the corridors could use a little more attention in terms of lighting, but overall, we are really satisfied with our living experience here at Western Raya.

Security at the gate and throughout the complex gives a real sense of safety, which is important for my family. The gym and sports areas are well maintained, although I wish the pool were open a bit longer on weekends to enjoy it more.

Finding a place like this in Khanpur has been quite refreshing, especially with the reasonable rates compared to other options nearby. Daily commutes are smooth with easy access to main roads and public transport, though it would be nice if the maintenance was slightly quicker at times. There's a metro station not far from here, which makes getting around pretty simple, and having a couple of good clinics close by adds peace of mind for my family.

Recently noticed the security setup at the gate feels a bit lacking for my comfort. While there are decent shops and schools nearby, the local hospital is just average, which can be concerning during emergencies. The noise from traffic on the main road can get bothersome, especially during peak hours, making it hard to unwind after a long day. As for safety at night, I wouldn't say it feels entirely secure, walking alone can be a little unsettling in some areas.
