Compared to other projects in the same area, this one is not very expense. The area surrounding the property is really boring, and the neighbours there are not friendly. The property is located far from the city.

We had previously been in other places at a comparable price, but Premium Serviced Apartments seems to have everything just right. I'm satisfied with the purchase.
