While Booking, they say 100% refund on booking amount ,if we cancel within 7 days. But the condition they put forward is 90 days waiting period for the refund. This is NOT a good experience. Cancel initiated due to medical emergency, but they still say process is 90 days. (3 months ). This is huge delay and no proper response and it will be a huge stress.
