Facilities like the gym and pool here have really enhanced our routine. It's great to have such a well maintained sports area where my family can spend time together while staying active. Maintenance staff are attentive, promptly addressing any concerns we've had no lengthy waiting times. Just wish the pool hours were extended a bit, sometimes it feels rushed during weekends when families gather.

Lift reliability is a constant issue here, it often breaks down, which can be quite frustrating, especially during peak hours. Building maintenance seems to lag too, with common areas not getting the attention they need. Water supply has been inconsistent lately as well, we've faced shortages a few times this month alone, and the power backup situation isn't always reliable either.

Power backup here is reliable, which gives peace of mind during those summer afternoons when the heat can be relentless. My daily commute from Visvas Supraja to work is straightforward, and I rarely face any significant delays. Water supply has been consistent, ensuring that my family never runs into shortages. One small issue is that the lift can sometimes be slow during peak hours, but it's manageable. Thenur has some good clinics nearby, so access to healthcare isn't a worry for us. Traffic tends to get heavy at certain times, especially in the mornings and evenings, but overall it feels like a manageable trade off for living in such a nice area.

Moved in roughly a year back. The society is quiet and the building is kept reasonably clean. Connectivity to the main road is decent for daily work commute.

Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

Noticing the lift condition has been a pleasant surprise, it's always operational and well maintained, which makes coming home after a long day feel just that much easier. The building upkeep is commendable too, with clean corridors and common areas that reflect the care taken by management. If I had to point out one small concern, it would be occasional delays in getting repairs done for minor issues. Thenur is quite lively with plenty of restaurants and food joints nearby, offering everything from local delicacies to fast food options. While the area can get a little noisy at times due to road traffic, it's manageable and hasn't bothered us much overall.

Took possession six months ago. The finish quality is decent, no major complaints. Security at the gate is proper and the neighbourhood has all basic amenities within reach.

Noticeably good construction quality and finish in our flat, making it a comfortable place to call home, though the occasional creak from the doors can be a little annoying. Being close to the main road makes commuting easy, and the locality of Thenur feels quite developed with minimal noise from traffic or nearby commercial areas.

Maintenance issues keep cropping up, and it's frustrating when you expect a certain level of service. Neighbourhood interactions have been decent, but it's disappointing that the builder hasn't prioritized upkeep given the premium price we paid. On another note, the roads in Thenur are quite acceptable and there's good access to schools like St. Mary's and Lady Doak College that many families appreciate. Overall, it's a mix of convenience with some shortcomings in management.
