Common areas are kept pretty clean, which I liked. The security guards were friendly and helpful when I had questions. Would be nice if the parking area was a bit better organized though.

Balcony is nice and gets good sunlight, which I liked for morning tea. Parking can get a bit tricky during evenings, so sometimes we have to park a little far. Neighbours are mostly friendly but a few times it felt a bit noisy at night. Overall, a decent place to stay if you don’t mind these small things.

Nice and quiet place to come back after work, feels pretty safe even late at night. The greenery around helps to relax a bit in the evenings. Would be better if there were more benches outside to sit and enjoy.

Nice place to stay overall, but sometimes the elevator takes too long, especially during peak hours. Shops and market are not very close, so you need to plan for daily things in advance. The flat itself feels solid, though some finishing could be better. Still, it’s peaceful and good for family living.

Really liked how solid the construction feels inside the flat, everything seems well done and clean. The neighbors are mostly quiet, so it’s peaceful most of the time which I appreciate after a busy day. Only thing is sometimes the water pressure drops in evenings, but overall it’s a nice place to stay.

Really enjoyed the open spaces here, feels nice to step out and breathe fresh air. The kids had fun in the play area, though a bit more seating for adults nearby would be good. Overall, a peaceful place to relax after work.

Neighbours are mostly quiet and respectful, which I liked, but the walls are a bit thin, so sometimes you hear noise from next door. The flat feels decent for the price, though some finishing touches inside could be better. Overall, it's comfortable enough for daily living, but don’t expect luxury. The community events are few and far between, so not much chance to meet people around here.

The corridors were pretty clean and wellmaintained, which I liked. Sometimes the lifts took a bit longer than I expected, but overall it felt peaceful inside the building. Would be nice if they could speed that up a little.
