Nice open spaces around, so the kids enjoyed playing outside. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the evenings, but overall a decent place to stay. Would be better if maintenance was a little quicker.

The place feels nice and quiet, which I liked a lot for daily living. Power backup works fine most of the time, so no big worries during evenings. Only thing is the lift can be a bit slow during peak hours, but manageable. Overall, a decent spot if you want something peaceful without too much hassle.

Parking is a bit tricky during evenings, but the neighborhood feels quite peaceful overall. Shops and markets are nearby, which makes daily errands easy. I think pricing is reasonable for this area. Mostly good.
