Nice open spaces for kids to play, so my little ones enjoyed a lot. Commute was decent, not much traffic during my stay. Could improve the seating area on the terrace though. Good vibes

The flat’s finishing is quite good, feels solid and wellmade. Parking can get a bit tricky in the evenings, but overall the place is pretty peaceful during the day. Would be better if parking space was a little more organized.

Quiet place mostly, but sometimes water supply gets cut for a few hours which is bit annoying. Otherwise, corridors and lobby are kept clean and it feels nice to come back home after a long day.

Water supply was mostly fine, but power cuts happened a few times which got a bit annoying. The finishing inside the flat is decent, though some corners feel a little rushed. Security is polite but not very attentive sometimes. Needs improvement

Nice open spaces around, so feels good to step out and get some fresh air. The shops are a bit far, but everything else is peaceful and quiet here. Would help if there was some small market nearby though.

Lift is usually quick, so no waiting much even during evening rush. The area feels safe when I come back late, which is a big relief. Shops are nearby, making daily errands easy to manage.
