One noticeable issue here is the lack of sound insulation. It's a bit noisy during peak hours, especially since it's so close to the main road. While it's convenient for commuting, compared to other options in the area, it feels overpriced given these downsides.

Being just a short walk from the main road and metro gate makes commuting extremely easy. The value here compared to other options in Gandhinagar is fantastic, though sometimes I wish for a bit more variety in nearby shopping choices.

Neighbors here have a genuine community feel, which I really appreciate. However, the maintenance service could definitely improve, it often takes longer than expected to resolve issues. It's also frustrating that there's frequent noise from construction in nearby areas, especially since it's close to the main road. Raysan has decent connectivity with the metro gate just around the corner, making commutes easy, and there are a couple of clinics nearby if you need medical help quickly. Despite the conveniences, sometimes it feels like there's too much hustle and bustle for my liking.

A strong sense of community here makes a big difference in our day to day lives. Neighbours often come together for festivals and gatherings, which creates a lovely atmosphere that feels like home. While the construction quality of the flat is quite solid, there have been some minor issues with the finishing touches that took longer to resolve than expected.

Sound carries more than expected in the flat. It's quite easy to hear conversations from neighbors, which can be distracting during work hours or when trying to relax. The gym and pool area could use some soundproofing as well, it feels noisy even when the crowd is manageable. With a little improvement in noise insulation, this place would have been much more comfortable for families like ours.

Morning coffee tastes better here, especially with the breeze flowing through. The flat stays wonderfully still even during busy hours outside, which makes it feel like a peaceful retreat. If there's one small thing to note, occasionally the air conditioning can be a tad loud, but it's easy to overlook given how nice everything else is.

Morning walks around the pool have become a lovely routine, and it's fantastic how close everything is to the main road. The gym facilities are great too, making it easy to fit in a workout before or after work. Just a minor concern though sometimes there's noise from nearby construction that can be distracting. Raysan has its perks, especially with quick access to hospitals and clinics within just a few minutes' drive. During peak hours, traffic can get a bit heavy, but manageable overall.

Took possession six months ago. The finish quality is decent, no major complaints. Security at the gate is proper and the neighbourhood has all basic amenities within reach.
