Water supply issues have been a consistent problem since we moved in. While the amenities are decent for the price, frequent power cuts really make it hard to feel comfortable here. I've seen better options in Krishnagri with more reliable services for a similar or slightly higher cost. Gangapirampatti feels quite settled and has been developing steadily, which is a plus. Property values seem to be appreciating, so that's reassuring for long term investments.

Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

Gym facilities are decent, but I find myself frustrated with the limited timings. The pool is nice when it's clean, though there have been days when it feels neglected. Convenience stores and schools are nearby which is a plus, but finding good healthcare in emergencies has been an issue there aren't enough hospitals close by for my comfort. The area around Vel Murugan Nagar has a settled feel to it, with plenty of food joints that serve everything from local delicacies to fast food. It's not hard to find places for family outings or grabbing a quick bite after work.

A solid construction finish really stands out in my flat, giving me confidence that it'll last for years. The nearby schools and hospitals are quite convenient, though I do wish there were a few more shops within walking distance. Gangapirampatti is relatively quiet compared to some busier areas, which is nice for relaxing evenings at home, and getting an auto or cab isn't a hassle at all. Overall, it feels like a well connected spot without the constant noise of city life.

Walking into the flat for the first time, I was really impressed by the construction finish. The corridors and common areas are well kept, adding to a pleasant atmosphere that we enjoy daily. In terms of locality, finding an auto or cab around here is usually quite easy, which makes commuting hassle free. Thankfully, noise from nearby roads is manageable and doesn't disrupt our peace at home.
