Security guards here are quite helpful and polite, which makes me feel safe. The place is peaceful overall, though a bit more lighting in the common areas would be good. Kids seem to enjoy the small play spots available.

The flat feels solid and wellbuilt, with good finishing inside. Sometimes the lift takes a bit longer during peak hours, but overall it’s comfortable to stay here. Kids seem to enjoy the small play area nearby, which is a nice touch.

The flats have good finishing, felt quite solid inside. It’s a nice place overall, though I wish there were more kidfriendly spots for my little one to play safely. Rent seems reasonable compared to other areas nearby.

Quiet neighborhood and okay for evening walks, but sometimes the street lights are a bit dim which makes coming back late a little uneasy. Shops are not too far, so daily things are manageable without much hassle. Overall, a decent place to stay if you don’t mind the small safety concern.

Balcony space is nice and I enjoyed spending evenings there, but the water supply can be a bit irregular sometimes. Power backup works fine most days, though once or twice it took a while to kick in. Overall, good for small families, but I wish the kids' play area was a little better maintained.
